So how do I get started

Getting started involves a few simple steps, all easily configured from the administration pages. You don’t need a PhD in “the cloud” to get things moving.. but if you happen to have one there are lots of configuration options to fine tune your operations.

Start by setting up the things that make your organisation unique. Our admin configuration setup wizard with guide you through these steps to make sure you get this all right.

Next you will add the details that match your operations, things like asset and inventory categories, locations, stock rooms and other related details.

By now you are almost ready to hit the ground running, just import your assets using our import template or if you want you can simply add each one from fresh.

Update asset details and perform a stock take or verification exercise using the mobile device.
